1.go to the blogger website by clicking here

2.sign in with your email account

3.now you will see something like this
You will also see your all blog on blogger.in my case I will see belouds.

 4.now you have to click on your present blog(if not then click on create new blog)

5.you will se like this.......

Click on new blog.

 6.now you can give your blog's titel and select a suitable URL. As given in image.
If a blue tick comes on the right side of your URL then congratulations your URL is available on blogger.

 7.Now click on create blog.
Successfully you have done your all work to make a free blog.
